根据自己的脸型调整好口罩的位置后，应用两手的食指沿着口罩的上缘按压

鼻夹，使它与面部紧贴  。
当出现以下情况时，应及时更换口罩：
呼吸阻抗明显增加时；
口罩有破损或损坏时；
口罩与面部无法密合时；
口罩受污染（如染有血渍或飞沫等异物时）；
口罩已被污染（曾使用于个例病房或病患接触）；
若为含有活性炭口罩，口罩内有异味时；
口罩使用时长**过建议时长时。
